At Krimash Silk Store, we take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our silk sarees. Each saree undergoes rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive with unforeseen issues. Our returns and refund policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may return your product for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged or defective (e.g., broken zari work, tears, stains, color bleeding).
• The product received is substantially different from what was displayed on our website (significant color variation beyond normal photography differences).
• You received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).
• The blouse piece is missing from the package.
• There are issues with the authenticity certification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been worn, used, or washed.
• Custom or made-to-order sarees (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
• Products with removed tags or packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance sales specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
• Accessories and gift items priced below ₹2,000.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

• Original Payment Method: Refund to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
• Store Credit: Store credit for 110% of the order value (a 10% bonus) that can be used for future purchases.
• Exchange: Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (you will need to pay the difference for higher-value items).

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

• The full cost of the product (if eligible for a full refund).
• Original shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error or a defective product).
• Return shipping costs (covered by us for valid returns).

Please note that any promotional discounts or coupon codes applied to your original purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them without any cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests after 12 hours but before dispatch will incur a 5% processing fee.
• Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy.
• Custom or made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please follow these guidelines:

• The replacement item must be available in our current inventory.
• If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
• If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
• The exchange process typically takes 7-14 business days from the receipt of your returned item to the delivery of the replacement product.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
