Package the Item: Upon approval, carefully repack the saree in its original packaging along with all tags, certificates, and accessories that came with it.
Shipping: Use the return shipping label provided by us (for valid returns, we cover the return shipping costs) or ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check to verify the reported issue.
Refund/Exchange Processing: Upon passing the quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed as per your preference.
