Order Tracking
We understand your excitement to receive your silk saree. You can easily track your shipment:
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by entering the tracking number on our website under "Track Order" section.
- For any tracking-related queries, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
International Shipping
We are proud to ship our exquisite silk sarees worldwide, sharing India's rich textile heritage across the globe.
- International orders typically take 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). International customers will be charged in their local currency based on the current exchange rate.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
- We mark all international packages as "merchandise" with the accurate declared value for customs purposes.
- International orders above ₹50,000 receive a 10% discount on shipping charges.
Countries We Ship To: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and most European countries. For other destinations, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions regarding our shipping service:
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
- Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship to certain remote areas. Please check with our customer support team if you're unsure about delivery to your location.
- For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders above ₹10,000.
- We reserve the right to decline shipping to areas with a history of high fraud or loss incidents.
Special Handling
Our premium silk sarees require special care during shipping. Here's how we ensure they reach you in perfect condition:
- Each saree is carefully inspected and quality-checked before packaging.
- Sarees are first wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent color bleeding or transfer.
- They are then placed in a premium silk pouch for added protection.
- Finally, they are packaged in a sturdy, water-resistant box with our signature Krimash Silk Stores packaging.
- For wedding collections or high-value items, we provide additional protective packaging and premium gift wrapping at no extra cost.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we take utmost care to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control:
- If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time by more than 3 business days, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details.
- In case of lost shipments (no update for 7 business days for domestic or 15 business days for international), we will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will either resend the item or provide a full refund as per your preference.
- For packages damaged during transit, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photos if possible.
